Famehouse is seeking a driven individual to join our teams as Coordinator, Retail & Licensing Campaigns. This role will report into Famehouse, but will work closely with our label partners to support artists across genres, including some of the largest artist brands and IP in music history.
You will help our Campaign Managers and wider team drive global merch impact across retail and licensing, with occasional support for other channels. Collaborating closely with departments across Famehouse, UMG, and our label partners, you will help to deliver amazing merch experiences via retail & licensing for our artists and—most importantly—their fans.
Candidates must be highly organized and detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and bring a passion for music and the culture of music fans across decades and genres.
Requirements
How You’ll CREATE
- Support Campaign Managers across Famehouse’s team supporting UMe, Bravado, Verve, UMLE, and Virgin, handling all support & administrative tasks to execute global retail and licensing activations
- Provide occasional support for D2C and tour campaigns; opportunity to cross-train to develop expertise in these channels
Coordinate Retail and Licensing Activities:- Manage design approvals across systems across the concept and physical process.
- Compile global retail and licensor design submissions and put into client ready format for artist review
- Communicate approvals to cross functional teams and manage the product life cycle from sampling to production to release
- Work with campaign manager, account manager and licensees to ensure that assets are made available.
- Photo shoots for retail product submissions to artists.
- Manage product sample tracking for artists and partners.
- Occasionally assist in creation of presentations and reporting as needed.
- Provide research related to the roster of artists.
- Assist in the creation of artwork requests related to each channel of business
- General admin including meeting scheduling, expense reports, occasional travel booking
